Launching an Internal Podcast for Employees?

In our roles at our previous corporate job, we launched a podcast to help solve a communications problem. Our multi-unit Leaders were always on the go and were disconnected from initiatives and happening in our corporate office. We wanted to meet them where they were and provide a predictable form of communication.
